Dr. Peppas is a recognized national author and authority in Pediatric Urology who manages all types of urogenital abnormalities in children, from newborns to eighteen years of age. Dr. Peppas has written several book chapters, numerous publications and given copious presentations in his specialty. In addition, Dr. Peppas is a consultant and reviewer for pediatric articles in "The Journal of Urology" and "Urology", and has been a Guest Editor for "Dialogues in Pediatric Urology". In addition to his distinguished academic medical and surgical career, Dr. (Colonel) Peppas is a veteran having served in the U.S. Army for over 25 years, culminating his military service as Chief of the Urology Service at Walter Reed Army Medical Center from 1999 until his military retirement in 2004. |
