My research interests are in methodological problems and issues in genetics, bioinformatics, and aging and human development. Also, I actively promote the ethical practice of biostatistics in translational research through the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA),I serve as the lead statistician for the Barshop Institute for Longevity and Aging Studies. I have both original methodological and collaborative study articles on gene expression analyses, and I have been awarded a KL2 Career Award to pursue research in statistical genomics. Also, I have extensive experience in the design and analysis of basic science and clinical research studies as a statistical collaborator on numerous projects that led to over 90 publications.
