Dr. Cordelia Moscrip is an Assistant Professor/Clinical in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Moscrip has over 20 years of experience in primary care clinics. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After caring for patients in private practice for five years, Dr. Moscrip joined the Department of Family and Community Medicine in the Long School of Medicine in 2005.
Dr. Moscrip?s passions are developing continuity relationships with patients and serving her community by teaching students in activities like Frontera de Salud. As the medical director of the UT Health San Antonio?s Primary Care Center on Medical Drive, she directs the activities of three physicians and three nurse practitioners. Dr. Moscrip conducts research within her department?s Residency Research Network of Texas (RRNeT) by supervising medical student on clinical projects.
